**Damages, Defective Items, and Shipping Errors (if applicable)**

We understand that mistakes happen, but we're here to make things right for you!

If you receive a defective, damaged item, or there's a shipping error, we'll jump into action immediately. Upon your request and if the item is available, we'll fulfill your replacement item without delay. However, if we're unable to fulfill the item, we'll reach out to you right away to discuss alternatives.

Now, here are some important exceptions to keep in mind:

Unfortunately, we can't honor refunds or replacement garments for items that have been washed or damaged by the customer. If possible, please return the garments in the same individual bag they were shipped in.

**Sale Items** 💸🚫
Returns for heavily discounted sale items that are greater than 50% off or marked as "ALL SALES FINAL" are not eligible for a refund. But don't worry, we'll do our best to accommodate exchanges or provide store credit, unless the item was received damaged by the customer.

**Friends & Family Discount Codes** 👨‍👩‍👧‍👦💳
Orders using Friends & Family discount codes (40% and above) are eligible for store credit or exchanges only, with damaged items being the only exception. Refunds are not available for these orders.

**Shipping Charges** 🚚💰
Just a heads up, shipping charges at checkout are a one-time fee and are non-refundable, whether it's for International or Domestic orders.

**Grace Period** ⏳✉️
We offer a (5) day grace period to account for shipping duration, ensuring you have ample time to make decisions about your order.

Please note that we reserve the right to ban customers from making future purchases if they exhibit "return abuse."

Shipping Policy for North America - We've Got Your Back!

Domestic Deliveries (United States):
We use the fantastic services of FedEx for all our domestic deliveries. Need something out of the ordinary? We can make special arrangements for an additional fee. Just let us know!

Shipping to Canada:
Exciting news! Chaser now ships directly to Canada. Please note that our current policy requires our awesome Canadian customers to take care of any duties and taxes at checkout.

Free Shipping Offers:
For our beloved customers in the United States (including Alaska and Hawaii), we've got your back with FREE FedEx Ground shipping for orders above $75.00. That's right, free is the magic word!

Need your goodies a little faster? No problemo!  Contact us and we'll make it happen :)

Now, for orders below those awesome thresholds, we've got some standard shipping rates for you:

USPS Ground: $7.50

FREE USPS Ground:  Orders $75 and up

Delivery Times:
We know you're eager to receive your Chaser goodies, so here's the scoop: With our standard ground shipping, deliveries usually take about 5 to 10 business days or less, unless stated otherwise*.

A few things to keep in mind:

For USPS Ground and 2-Day shipping, any items purchased after 4:00pm PST will be shipped the following day.

If you opt for Standard Overnight Shipping, make sure your order is processed before 3:00pm PST on Thursdays.

Please note that any purchases made on Saturdays and Sundays will be shipped on the following Monday. This applies to 2-Day shipping as well. We're flexible, so if you need special shipping arrangements, just reach out to your friendly customer rep.

One more thing: FedEx delivers only to physical addresses and does not ship to PO boxes. So, if you chose FedEx and provided a PO box as your shipping address, we won't be able to ship your order.
